Ingredients
- 350 g ripe bananas (3 medium bananas)
- 70 g oat flour
- 30 g powdered peanut butter I use PB2
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 40 g monk fruit sweetener I use monkfruit
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 30 g walnuts chopped

Instructions
- Mash the bananas with a fork and keep 1 banana on the side for decoration at the end.
- Whisk in the eggs.
- In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, then add it to the wet mixture.
- Throw in the chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a silicon loaf cake pan ( if you don’t have silicon one, put some parchment paper).
- Bake in the oven for 45 min at 150C.
Notes
The ripper the bananas, the better/sweeter.
