Ingredients

  • 350 g ripe bananas (3 medium bananas)
  • 70 g oat flour
  • 30 g powdered peanut butter I use PB2
  • 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g monk fruit sweetener I use monkfruit
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 30 g walnuts chopped

Instructions

  • Mash the bananas with a fork and keep 1 banana on the side for decoration at the end.
  • Whisk in the eggs.
  • In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together, then add it to the wet mixture.
  • Throw in the chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the batter into a silicon loaf cake pan ( if you don’t have silicon one, put some parchment paper).
  • Bake in the oven for 45 min at 150C.

Notes

The ripper the bananas, the better/sweeter.
