Ingredients
 

  • 10 cl lemon juice
  • 8 cl fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 10 cl warm water

Optional

  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 red chili

Instructions

  • Mix lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and warm water to make the sugar dissolved faster.
  • Optionally, add minced garlic and chili.
  • Store in the fridge to serve it cool as a dipping sauce or dressing.
