- 10 cl lemon juice
- 8 cl fish sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 10 cl warm water
Optional
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 red chili

Instructions
- Mix lemon juice, fish sauce, sugar and warm water to make the sugar dissolved faster.
- Optionally, add minced garlic and chili.
- Store in the fridge to serve it cool as a dipping sauce or dressing.
