Ingredients

  • 2 eggs boiled
  • 1 can tuna brined in water brined in water
  • 100 g light cream cheese I use light Philadelphia
  • 150 g celery diced
  • 1 handful fresh coriander
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • lettuce

Instructions

  • Cook eggs in boiling water for 10min.
  • Shred the tuna and boiled eggs with a fork.
  •  Add the diced celery, light cream cheese and chopped coriander.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve with lettuce wraps and enjoy!

Notes

You can also add red onions, capers or olives to elevate the flavours.
