Ingredients
- 2 eggs boiled
- 1 can tuna brined in water brined in water
- 100 g light cream cheese I use light Philadelphia
- 150 g celery diced
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook eggs in boiling water for 10min.
- Shred the tuna and boiled eggs with a fork.
- Add the diced celery, light cream cheese and chopped coriander.
- Mix everything together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with lettuce wraps and enjoy!
Notes
You can also add red onions, capers or olives to elevate the flavours.
