Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 5 g chia seed
- 5 g flax seeds ground
- 60 ml shot of espresso
- 1 tbsp maple syrup, sugar free or sweetener of your choice
- 100 g greek yogurt, fat free
- 20 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened for topping

Instructions
- Mix in a container rolled oats, seeds, maple syrup and espresso.
- Mix the greek yogurt and protein powder together and pour onto the previous mixture.
- Top with unsweetened cocoa powder.
- Put in the fridge to set overnight or at least 3 hours.
