Ingredients

  • 50 g rye bread
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 30 g light cream cheese I use Light Philadelphia
  • fresh dill
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  • On a toast of rye bread, spread some light cream cheese and lie few slices of smoked salmon.
  • Top with fresh dill to elevate your toast to the next level and squeeze some lemon before eating.

Notes

You can also top with capers and red onions pickles  to level up the flavour!
