Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 240 g shrimps raw
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 300 g rice, cooked
  • green onions for garnish
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Mince the garlic, cut the tomatoes in wedges and beat the eggs.
  • In a pan, spray a bit oil and fry the garlic with tomatoes.
  • Add 1 cup of water, ketchup salt and pepper. Simmer until the tomatoes are soft and set aside.
  • On a hot pan with a spray of oil, stir fry the shrimps. Season with salt and pepper.
  • When the shrimps are cooked, pour the seasoned beaten eggs. Turn the heat low and when it's cooked 80%, add the tomatoes.
  • Garnish with chopped green onion and serve with rice. Enjoy!
