Ingredients
 

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • 200 g tomato sauce
  • 180 g bell peppers
  • 100 g red onion
  • 75 g shredded cheese
  • 8 low carb tortillas I used @mrtortilla
  • cumin powder to taste
  • 2 lime juice

Instructions

  • Airfry the chicken breast for 12min at 180C.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks, season it with the spices and set aside.
  • Fry off the sliced onion, bell peppers on a pan until softened. Season with the same spices, then add the chicken in along with half a tin of tomato sauce and a splash of water.
  • Stir then leave for simmer for few min or until thickened and pour into a bowl.
  • Dip one side of a tortilla into the tomato mix and put in the frying pan on medium high heat. Add chicken filling and top with shredded cheese.
  • Fold the wrap over, let it fry for 1 min and flip over for another minute or until golden/crispy. Repeat the process with the other tortillas.
  • Serve with guacamole 🥑 and enjoy
