Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 180 g bell peppers
- 100 g red onion
- 75 g shredded cheese
- 8 low carb tortillas I used @mrtortilla
- cumin powder to taste
- 2 lime juice

Instructions
- Airfry the chicken breast for 12min at 180C.
- Shred the chicken using two forks, season it with the spices and set aside.
- Fry off the sliced onion, bell peppers on a pan until softened. Season with the same spices, then add the chicken in along with half a tin of tomato sauce and a splash of water.
- Stir then leave for simmer for few min or until thickened and pour into a bowl.
- Dip one side of a tortilla into the tomato mix and put in the frying pan on medium high heat. Add chicken filling and top with shredded cheese.
- Fold the wrap over, let it fry for 1 min and flip over for another minute or until golden/crispy. Repeat the process with the other tortillas.
- Serve with guacamole 🥑 and enjoy
