Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes
  • 4 strawberries or your choice of fruit
  • almond milk, unsweetened or your choice of milk

Instructions

  • Mix the oats, the seeds, cocoa powder and chocolate protein powder together in a bowl.
  • Add some hot water (or milk) until desired consistency (I poured 1 dl) and mix until combined.
  •  Top with the strawberries, coconut flakes and a splash of low fat milk.
