Ingredients

  • 2 weetabix
  • 20 g vanilla protein powder
  • 60 ml almond milk, unsweetened or your choice of low fat milk
  • 40 g greek yogurt, fat free (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 40 g mixed berries, frozen or fresh
  • 10 g dark chocolate 90% cacao
  • 5 g peanut butter or your preferred nut butter

Instructions

  • In a glass or jar, add all the dry ingredients together and cover with milk and 1 tbsp greek yogurt (40g). Mix well.
  • Add the mixed berries and the second tbsp of yogurt on top (you can also just mix everything together, but I like having different layers).
  • Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave (about 30s), and pour on top of the yogurt.
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
  • Top with peanut butter before serving.

Notes

You can put more or less milk/yogurt according to your preferred consistency.
You can eat this as a healthy and nutritious breakfast , snack or even dessert! Rich in protein and fibres it will keep you full longer.
