Instructions
- In a glass or jar, add all the dry ingredients together and cover with milk and 1 tbsp greek yogurt (40g). Mix well.
- Add the mixed berries and the second tbsp of yogurt on top (you can also just mix everything together, but I like having different layers).
- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave (about 30s), and pour on top of the yogurt.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.
- Top with peanut butter before serving.
Notes
You can put more or less milk/yogurt according to your preferred consistency.
You can eat this as a healthy and nutritious breakfast , snack or even dessert! Rich in protein and fibres it will keep you full longer.
