Ingredients
 

  • 70 g wheat flour or self raising flour
  • 70 g greek yogurt, fat free
  • 25 g tomato sauce
  • 100 g cottage cheese, low fat
  • 25 g shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs

Toppings

  • 20 g proscuitto 2 slices
  • 1 handful aragula
  • parmesan cheese
  • fresh Italian basil
  • 1 drizzle balsamic cream
  • 1 tbsp caramelised onions

Instructions

  • Mix the Greek yogurt, the flour, dried Italian herbs together to form a dough. Roll into a ball and roll out onto a flour dusted surface.
  • Put the dough on a parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190C degree for 7-8min.
  • Spread the tomato sauce on the pre-baked dough, top with the cottage cheese and shredded mozzarella .
  • Put back in the oven for 10 min or until the cheese has melted into a nice golden colour.
  • Before serving, add the arugula, prosciutto, few shavings of parmesan, fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic cream. Enjoy!
