Ingredients
- 65 g brioche burger buns
- 50 g fish fillets
- 1 slice processed cheese, low fat
- 1 eggs
- 25 g cornflakes
For the high protein sauce
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt, fat free
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- fresh dill
- 1 tsp pickled cucumber
- 1 tsp juice from the pickles
- 1 tsp shallots

Instructions
- Prepare a station with one beaten egg seasoned with salt and pepper.
- For the second station, crushed the cornflakes and season with paprika and garlic powder .
- Dip the fish fillet in each of the station (egg first then cornflakes) so that each side is well coated.
- Airfry the fish fillet for 15min at 180C.
- In the meantime prepare the sauce by combining all the ingredients together.
- Cut the brioche bun in half and insert the cheese. Put it in the airfryer for 3-4min to toast the bun and melt the cheese.
- Assemble your burger by adding the fish fillet and the sauce on top.
