Ingredients
- 3 pieces weetabix or 60g oats
- 50 g dried pitted dates
- 20 g almonds
- 250 g cottage cheese, low fat
- 150 g greek yogurt, fat free
- 1 eggs
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 100 g strawberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 1/2 lemon

Instructions
- Soak the dates in warm water for 10min to soften them.
- Blend the weetabix, dates, and almonds in a food processor until it becomes a moist crumble.
- Pour the mixture on a parchment paper, and press it down to form the base of the cheesecake.
- Blend the cottage cheese, greek yogurt , protein powder, egg, sweetener and lemon juice until smooth. Pour the mixture onto the weetabix base.
- Bake in the oven at 180C degree for 45min or until the cheesecake becomes firm-ish.
- Put in the fridge overnight or for at least three hours to set.
- Top with the fresh berries before serving and enjoy!
