Ingredients

  • 1 low carb burrito tortilla Mr Tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g cottage cheese, low fat
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 5 g pecorino cheese or parmesan
  • red onion chopped
  • onion powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic
  • paprika

*Spray some oil in the container or put some parchment paper to avoid the tortilla to stick to the container.
*You can substitute with any veggies you like: mushrooms, bell peppers…
