Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 20 g vanilla protein powder
- 80 g greek yogurt, fat free (2 tbsp)
- 60 ml almond milk, unsweetened
- 4 g chia seed
- 4 g ground flaxseeds
- 2 figs or your choice of fruit

Instructions
- Add in a glass all the dry ingredients together. Mix with milk and 1 tbsp of greek yogurt.
- Add diced/chopped fruit of your choice. Here I put a fig, but I love adding mashed banana or frozen berries.
- Add the second tbsp of yogurt on top of the fruits (or you can just mix everything together , but I like having different layers).
- Refrigerate overnights or at least 3 hours.
- Top with some more fresh fruits before serving.
Notes
You can eat this as a healthy breakfast , snack or even dessert ! Rich in protein and fibers it will keep you full longer and is super nutritious !
