Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 20 g vanilla protein powder
  • 80 g greek yogurt, fat free (2 tbsp)
  • 60 ml almond milk, unsweetened
  • 4 g chia seed
  • 4 g ground flaxseeds
  • 2 figs or your choice of fruit

Instructions

  • Add in a glass all the dry ingredients together. Mix with milk and 1 tbsp of greek yogurt.
  • Add diced/chopped fruit of your choice. Here I put a fig, but I love adding mashed banana or frozen berries.
  • Add the second tbsp of yogurt on top of the fruits (or you can just mix everything together , but I like having different layers).
  • Refrigerate overnights or at least 3 hours.
  • Top with some more fresh fruits before serving.

Notes

You can eat this as a healthy breakfast , snack or even dessert ! Rich in protein and fibers it will keep you full longer and is super nutritious !
