Ingredients
 

  • 350 g silken tofu
  • 50 g extra dark chocolate 85% cacao
  • 10 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 10 g monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave with 30 seconds intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is melted. Set aside to cool at room temperature.
  • Put the silken tofu in a blender, add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, sweetener, and blend until smooth and well combined. (Make sure melted chocolate has cooled down, or else it will solidify at the contact of the cold tofu)
  • Scoop the mixture into 2 ramekins and refrigerate for 30 minutes at least (in the video, I put everything in a glass but it counted for 2 servings)

  • Before serving garnish with fresh fruits such as pomegranate but raspberries or strawberries would go very well too. Hope you enjoy!

Notes

Add some unsweetened cocoa powder if you would like a stronger chocolate taste.
