LOW CALORIE CHICKEN BURRITO
This massive burrito is only 540 kcal and super high in protein, it’s perfect for meal prep!
Ingredients
- 3 multigrain high protein burrito tortillas got mine from Mr Tortilla
- 400 g chicken breast
- 130 g greek yogurt, fat free
- 120 g kidney beans or black beans
- 150 g lettuce
- 90 g sweet corn
- 75 g Swiss cheese (3 slices)
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 red jalapeños or chili flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lime juice
- fresh coriander
Instructions
- Cook the chicken breast 10min in the airfryer or blanch them.
- Shred the chicken with a fork and mix with greek yogurt, all the spices/condiments and lime juice.
- Assemble your burrito by laying 1/3 of the marinated chicken, and 1/3 of all the rest of the ingredients.
- Put the burrito on a pan on low/medium heat and let it get nice and crispy on each side.

The multigrain from Mr Tortilla contains 17g protein and 14 net carbs only. If you use another tortilla, macros will change.
