LOW CALORIE BERRIES JAM
Make your own jam with frozen fruits and chia seed in less than 15min! That way you can reduce the sugar content and enjoy a much lower calorie and more nutritious jam than the ones bought in supermarket for your breakfast!
Ingredients
- 300 g mixed berries, frozen or other fruits
- 15 g chia seed it will provide the jelly texture
- 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener to taste
Instructions
- Cook on low heat the frozen berries with chia seeds, sweetener until desired consistency.
- Transfer to a glass jar and let it cool before storing in the fridge.
