LOW CALORIE BERRIES JAM

Make your own jam with frozen fruits and chia seed in less than 15min! That way you can reduce the sugar content and enjoy a much lower calorie and more nutritious jam than the ones bought in supermarket for your breakfast!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 300 g mixed berries, frozen or other fruits
  • 15 g chia seed it will provide the jelly texture
  • 2 tsp monk fruit sweetener to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook on low heat the frozen berries with chia seeds, sweetener until desired consistency.
  • Transfer to a glass jar and let it cool before storing in the fridge.
