8 weeks is the minimum coaching period. To maximize the likelihood of successful body recomposition, it’s important to focus on a comprehensive approach that combines a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and lifestyle changes. It is important to recognise that building new habits takes time, it is a gradual process that requires consistent repetition and behavior reinforcement.
There is a weekly time commitment of less than an hour for the check-in call.
