Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 240 g shrimps raw
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 300 g rice, cooked
- green onions for garnish
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Mince the garlic, cut the tomatoes in wedges and beat the eggs.
- In a pan, spray a bit oil and fry the garlic with tomatoes.
- Add 1 cup of water, ketchup salt and pepper. Simmer until the tomatoes are soft and set aside.
- On a hot pan with a spray of oil, stir fry the shrimps. Season with salt and pepper.
- When the shrimps are cooked, pour the seasoned beaten eggs. Turn the heat low and when it's cooked 80%, add the tomatoes.
- Garnish with chopped green onion and serve with rice. Enjoy!
