Ingredients
 
 

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened unsweetened
  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 splash your choice of milk

Toppings

  • 4 strawberries or your choice of fresh fruits
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add in the hot water until desired consistency (I pour about 1 dl) and mix until combined.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and a splash of milk
