Ingredients
- 80 g ripe bananas
- 40 g oat flour
- 1 eggs
- 10 g protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Topping
- 1 kiwi
- 1 passion fruit

Instructions
- Mash half a banana with a fork.
- Add an egg and mix.
- Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, protein powder and baking soda) then add it to the wet mixture.
- Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter to form the pancakes. Turn the heat down and when you see some bubbles forming, flip the pancakes.
- Top with the kiwi and passion fruit and enjoy!
Notes
To enhance the tropical vibes, you can add other fruits such as mango, pineapple, or serve them on the side 🌴
