What types of recipes are included in the Group Coaching?

In the group coaching sessions, participants will learn to prepare from scratch a variety of healthy, nutritious snacks designed to replace typical store-bought versions that are often high in sugar and fat. They’ll discover how to make :

  • gut-friendly berries jam
  • high-protein chocolate spread
  • creamy high-protein and lw fat chocolate pudding
  • delicious low-fat ice cream
  • sugar free banana bread

To enhance the experience, participants are encouraged to bring one or two jars to take home samples of what we have created during the workshops.

These recipes will empower participants to create delicious alternatives while promoting better health.

The Private Nutri’Chef coaching service brings expert nutrition and culinary guidance directly to your home, tailored specifically to your individual needs. This setup allows for maximum convenience and flexibility, as there’s no need to travel to an external location.

Before our training day, we’ll have an initial consultation to discuss your goals and agree on the recipes I will teach your domestic helper(s). I’ll also provide her with a comprehensive shopping list of all the necessary ingredients.

On the scheduled training day, if needed, we can visit the supermarket together. I’ll guide your helper in selecting healthier alternatives to the products you typically use, ensuring a seamless transition to a healthier lifestyle.

You can choose where to focus our time—whether on nutritional education or cooking multiple recipes.
