What if I can’t attend the weekly calls?

No worries! All sessions are recorded, so you can catch up at your convenience.

The Lean&Lasting Program takes a holistic approach to helping you achieve your body and wellness goals. While nutrition is a core focus of the program, I also address other important lifestyle factors that contribute to overall wellbeing. This includes:

  • Exercise and physical activity – We’ll help you incorporate enjoyable, sustainable movement into your routine.
  • Sleep and stress management – You’ll learn strategies to optimize your sleep quality and manage stress effectively.
  • Mindset and motivation – I will support you in cultivating a positive, resilient mindset to drive long-term change.
  • Habit formation – You’ll be guided through the process of building healthy habits that stick.

The Lean and Lasting Program involves weekly one-hour calls focused on education and follow-up. For the first 2.5 months, you’ll also have “homework” assignments designed to enhance your mindfulness and help you quantify your current dietary and lifestyle habits—because if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it! Following this, you’ll participate in weekly challenges aimed at building healthier habits.

This program is tailored for individuals who are motivated and ready to make positive changes. While I understand that everyone has busy schedules, a certain level of commitment is expected. I’m here to provide the guidance, resources, and accountability you need to succeed, but your active participation is essential to fully benefit from the program.

The six-month duration of the program is designed to maximize your chances of successful body recomposition. Achieving sustainable fat loss requires a comprehensive approach that integrates a balanced diet, regular physical activity, and sustainable lifestyle adjustments. Building new habits takes time; it’s a gradual process that necessitates consistent repetition and reinforcement.

Research indicates that a healthy fat loss rate is typically about 0.5 to 1 kg per week (1 to 2 pounds), which translates to 2 to 4 kg per month (4 to 8 pounds). However, developing lasting habits can take an average of 21 to 66 days, depending on the individual and the complexity of the change.

By committing to a six-month program, you’ll give yourself the necessary time to not only implement these changes but also to solidify them into your daily routine, ensuring they become a permanent part of your lifestyle.

Unfortunately, a month trial isn’t available for the Lean and Lasting Program. Each group coaching session has limited spots, and it’s important for participants to commit fully to the program. If someone were to drop out after a month, it would result in a wasted spot that another eager participant could have filled. We want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to engage fully from the start, maximizing the benefits of the program. Thank you for your understanding!
