Ingredients
  

  • 1 rice papers
  • 1 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp chili oil or sriracha
  • green onions
  • 5 g shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Put a sheet of rice paper to a dry pan, scramble evenly an egg on top of it.
  • Sprinkle on green onions, shredded cheese and chili oil .
  • Let the egg cook and the rice paper CRISP up. Then enjoy hot, open face, or folded over like they do in Vietnam.
