Ingredients
- 500 g black beans, cooked
- 250 g sweet corn
- 250 g tomatoes
- 50 g red onion
- 20 g jalapeños
- 160 g avocados
- lemon
- cumin powder to taste
- fresh coriander

Instructions
- Soak the beans overnight then boil them in salted water until cooked through.
- Dice the tomatoes , red onion, jalapeños and avocado.
- Add the diced veggies to the beans with chopped coriander.
- Season with salt , lemon/lime and I like to add cumin as well.
- Serve with your favorite protein or with tortilla chips as a salsa.
