HIGH PROTEIN TZATZIKI DIP
Tzatziki is the best high protein dip for your falafel , crudites or just pita bread! It is so simple to make, low carb and low calorie (as long as you don’t go crazy with the olive oil, I did put a bit too much in the video 😅)
Ingredients
- 50 g cucumber
- 100 g greek yogurt, fat free fat free
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- lemon to taste
- 1 tsp cumin powder to taste
- 1 handful fresh mint or dill
- 8 g extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and let it sit for few min with a pinch of salt.
- Squeeze the water out of the grated cucumber in a cheese cloth (or just in your hands) so that your tzatziki is creamy and don’t end up soggy.
- Mix the yogurt, crushed garlic, chopped fresh herbs , condiments and the grated cucumber in a bowl.
- Pour a little bit of olive oil on top of the dip before serving. Be careful, calories add up very fast with olive oil.

Serve with airfried falafel (check out my recipe), veggie sticks, skewers or with pita bread.
This high protein dip can also be used as a spread in your wraps/toasts.
