HIGH PROTEIN TROPICAL PROTEIN PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 80 g ripe bananas
  • 40 g oat flour
  • 1 eggs
  • 10 g protein powder
  •  1/2 tsp baking soda

Topping

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 passion fruit

Instructions

  • Mash half a banana with a fork.
  • Add an egg and mix.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, protein powder and baking soda) then add it to the wet mixture.
  • Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter to form the pancakes. Turn the heat down and when you see some bubbles forming, flip the pancakes.
  • Top with the kiwi and passion fruit and enjoy!

Notes

To enhance the tropical vibes, you can add other fruits such as mango, pineapple, or serve them on the side 🌴
