Ingredients
- 200 g konjac noodles aka shirataki noodles
- 150 g beef 5% fat
- 50 g baby corn
- 100 g Chinese broccoli
- 25 g shallots
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Thai chili to taste
- fresh Thai basil
For the sauce and beef marinade:
- 8 g oyster sauce
- 8 g light soy sauce
- 8 g dark soy sauce
- 10 g fish sauce
- 8 g palm sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 g sesame oil

Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by adding all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinade the beef slices with minced garlic, 1 tsp of corn starch, and half of the sauce that you just prepared. Keep the other half for later.
- Rinse the konjac noodles and dry them up on a heated pan.
- In the meantime , chop the veggies.
- Cook the beef on a heated wok with chopped chili, shallots, garlic and a spray of vegetable oil . Cook them just enough to get them charred, then set aside.
- Cook the veggies few min (add some water so that it’s not too dry).
- Add in the noodles along with the leftover sauce and mix until the noodles has changed color.
- Add an egg then put back the beef into the wok. At this stage you can turn the heat off.
- Add a handful of basil leaves and It’s ready to serve ! I like to squeeze a bit of lime juice before eating 🍋
