Ingredients
- 70 g sourdough bread
- 150 g bell peppers
- 20 g light cream cheese
- 50 g Serrano ham
- 2 tbsp baba hummus (or simply hummus)
- 1 leafy greens

Instructions
- Roast half of a yellow bell pepper and half of a red bell pepper in the air fryer for 15 min.
- Toast your slice of sourdough in the airfryer for 2 min.
- Spread a bit of light cream cheese on the toast and assemble the toast by adding all the other ingredients.
