Ingredients for the salad:
- 50 g kale or any leafy greens
- 150 g shrimps or your choice of protein
- 80 g mango
- 50 g purple cabbage
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 4 white radish
- 60 g avocados
- 20 g pickled red onion
- fresh mint

Instructions
- Pan fry the shrimps with garlic powder, salt and pepper for few min and add them to your salad bowl with all the chopped ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and slowly add water until desired consistency.
- Drizzle the high protein peanut dressing onto the salad and enjoy!
Notes
I didn’t have any but I usually like to add edamame for extra protein !
