Ingredients
- 500 g cauliflower
- 50 g light cream cheese
- 100 g cottage cheese, low fat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions
- Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until very soft.
- In a food processor, blend cauliflower and the other ingredients until smooth.
- Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!
Notes
*Alternatively, you can also put 1/2 or 1/4 ratio of potatoe to have a richer texture.
*I find nutmeg very crucial for this dish and makes a big difference! Be careful it’s quite a strong flavour though and some people might not like it, so do add a pinch of it at the beginning and add more according to your preferences.
