Ingredients

  • 200 g cottage cheese, low fat
  • 100 g spinach, cooked
  • 20 g shredded cheese I used Swiss cheese but can be parmesan, cheddar, mozzarella …you do you
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor with the seasoning until a smooth consistency.
  • Chop the spinach finely and cook them on a pan with a bit of salt. I used fresh spinach but you can use frozen as well.
  • Remove the excess water from the spinach.
  • Mix the blended cottage cheese and spinach with half of the shredded cheese, and put in a ramequin.
  • Put the other half of the shredded cheese on top and sprinkle with pepper.
  • Bake in the airfryer for 15min at 180C, or longer in the oven until the cheese is nicely browned.

Notes

Serve immediately with your favorite crackers, veggies or toasted bread!
You can also serve it as a side dish with your favorite protein.
