Ingredients
- 30 g dried pitted dates
- 20 g powdered peanut butter I use PB2
- 25 g extra dark chocolate
- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 40 g oat flour
- 15 g peanuts

Instructions
- Soak the dates in warm water so that they soften a bit.
- Prepare the base by blending the dates with protein powder and oat flour in a food processor until a sticky paste consistency is formed.
- Put the base in a container with parchment paper and press tightly into the container to even the surface.
- In a separate bowl, progressively add water to the powdered peanut butter until it becomes a spreadable consistency. Put onto the base as a second layer.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave with 30s increments(stir well in between). Then pour the melted chocolate on top of the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle lightly crushed peanuts and a bit of sea salt to finish.
- Put in the freezer for an hour to set. You can then store in fridge.
