Ingredients

  • 1 eggs
  • 25 g ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pumpkin seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix the egg with the ground flaxseeds.
  • Add in the baking soda, and make sure it is well dissolved in the mixture (otherwise you might taste some bitterness)
  • Put the mixture in a bowl to microwave for 90 seconds, and it's done!
