Ingredients
- 350 g silken tofu
- 10 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 10 g cocoa powder, unsweetened Valhrona
- 20 g monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a food processor
- Pourin individual ramequin and let it set in the fridge overnight (or at least 3 hours)
- Add topping of your choice (fresh fruits, crushed nuts, coconut flakes...) and INDULGE !
