Ingredients
 

  • 350 g silken tofu
  • 10 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 10 g cocoa powder, unsweetened Valhrona
  • 20 g monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a food processor
  • Pourin individual ramequin and let it set in the fridge overnight (or at least 3 hours)
  • Add topping of your choice (fresh fruits, crushed nuts, coconut flakes...) and INDULGE !
