Ingredients
 

  • 300 g apricot, frozen or fresh ones but you’ll need to cook them longer to soften them
  • 1 to 2 tbsp chia seed the more you add the thicker it will be
  • monk fruit sweetener to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the frozen apricot in a sauce pan on medium heat until it get soft.
  • Add the chia seed and sweetener of choice.
  • Pour in a glass jar and put in fridge to store.

Notes

I like to add the jam on my yogurt bowl or on a toast with cottage cheese 👌🏽
You can do the same method for any other fruits.
