Ingredients

  • 215 g lamb shank raw
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs I put parsley and oregano
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 50 g spinach cooked
  • 50 g mushrooms cooked
  • 50 g purple sweet potatoes cooked
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Marinade the lamb shank with dry parsley, oregano, garlic powder, honey, salt and pepper
  • Airfry the lamb shank it for 15min at 180C.
  • Sauté the spinach and mushrooms with garlic powder salt and pepper
  • Bake a medium sweet potatoe in the air fryer or the oven until soft.
  • Serve the meat with French Mustard!
