Ingredients
- 215 g lamb shank raw
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs I put parsley and oregano
- 1 tbsp honey
- 50 g spinach cooked
- 50 g mushrooms cooked
- 50 g purple sweet potatoes cooked
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Marinade the lamb shank with dry parsley, oregano, garlic powder, honey, salt and pepper
- Airfry the lamb shank it for 15min at 180C.
- Sauté the spinach and mushrooms with garlic powder salt and pepper
- Bake a medium sweet potatoe in the air fryer or the oven until soft.
- Serve the meat with French Mustard!
